DBS VICKERS INDONESIA RETURNS ASSET MANAGEMENT LICENCE TO
*** SECURITIES UNIT WILL PLACE GREATER FOCUS ON BROKING BUSINESS JAKARTA, SINGAPORE, 6 September 2007 - PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia (DBSVI), the Indonesian securities arm of DBS Group, said that as part of its business realignment, it has returned the asset management licence to the Indonesian Capital Market Supervisory Agency Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan (Bapepam-LK). Going forward, DBSVI will focus on providing a comprehensive blend of retail and institutional broking services in Indonesia.
