Overview

We believe that to attract and retain the very best, we must invest in people. That's why we start to develop people well before they graduate from university.

The DBS Internship Programme is a valuable learning opportunity which spans typically a period of 8 weeks. When you become a DBS Intern, you will get to know our business and culture, build your network early and benefit from the diversity of opportunities we have in the DBS family.

From day one, you will be exposed to a dynamic business environment with growth and challenges. It is a great way to gain real job experience, put your academic knowledge into use and get familiar with the banking industry that you aspire to enter upon graduation.

Outstanding DBS Interns will be recommended for Management Associate Programme or as Direct Hire upon graduation. (The DBS Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a leadership training programme which currently spans 18 months. MAP offers you the chance to be part of Asia's leading bank and shape the future of banking in Asia.)
