Who We Are Looking For

The Management Associate Programme (MAP) offers invaluable access to multiple departments across the bank and the issues faced by each function. It provides comprehensive preparation for leadership roles within DBS.

• We’re looking for individuals who have the energy, enthusiasm, and passion to become our future leaders. Who are able push boundaries and take on challenges, with a proven track record in academic and non-academic pursuits.
• Fresh graduates, or graduates with less than two years’ work experience with at least a 2:1 Honours degree from any discipline or a Masters Degree from a recognised university are welcome to apply, as are MBA graduates with less than four years’ work experience.
