CIO Office
Our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) has put together a team of top professionals with expertise in the areas of asset allocation, macro strategy, equities, credit, commodities and foreign exchange. A team that examines the happenings on the ground, keeping their eyes and ears open for opportunities others may overlook.
Harnessing the research capabilities and market knowledge of the entire bank, the CIO Office is supported by:
- Investment Strategy Unit
Develops long-term wealth accumulation strategies and nearer-term tactical asset allocations across broad asset classes including stocks, bonds, commodities, and currencies, to help you optimise portfolio performance.
- Product Assessment Unit
Evaluates the investment risk of products and assigns risk ratings to approved products to facilitate assessment of client-product suitability.
- Investment Communication Unit
Delivers investment and market views from the CIO Office, DBS Group Research and Treasury and Markets teams. Communicating them via daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly publications, supplemented by regular investment seminars and telephone conference calls.
