Tan Su Shan
Managing Director
Group Head of Wealth Management
Ms Tan Su Shan joined DBS in July 2010 as Managing Director and Group Head of Wealth Management.
Prior to joining DBS, Su Shan was Morgan Stanley's Head of Private Wealth Management for Southeast Asia. Before re-joining Morgan Stanley in May 2008, she was a Region Head for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei for Citi Private Bank. She was responsible for the private bank's overall business and a board director of Citi Trust Singapore. Su Shan was also the Singapore Investment Centre Head.
Prior to that, she was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley in Singapore, serving from 1997 to 2005 as an investment adviser to high net worth families, corporates and institutions in the region.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Su Shan spent eight years in ING Baring Securities in institutional equity sales, working in key financial hubs in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
Su Shan was the founder and past president of the Financial Women's Association in Singapore, and a board member of Aetos Security Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. She also sits on the investment committee of Ministry of Health Holdings and is a board member of the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. In addition, Su Shan is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Private Banking Advisory Group.
Married with two children, Su Shan is actively involved in fund-raising for various Singaporean charities and sits on the board of Singapore's KK Hospital Health Endowment Fund, which provides financial support to needy patients. She was a past board member of the National Museum and a member of the International Women's Foundation and the Young Presidents Organisation. On the education front, she is an advisor to Raffles Girls Primary School and the SJI International School.
Su Shan graduated with a Master of Arts from Oxford University in the United Kingdom, where she studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics. In February 2006, she was selected by Citi Private Bank to participate in the Senior Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
Lim Say Boon
Chief Investment Officer
DBS Private Bank
Lim Say Boon is the Chief Investment Officer for DBS Private Bank.
In a career spanning 28 years, Say Boon has held senior positions in both banking/finance and the financial media internationally. Prior to joining DBS, Say Boon was the Chief Investment Strategist for Standard Chartered Bank, Group Wealth Management and Private Banking. He was also the Joint Head of Standard Chartered Bank's Investment and Advisory Office and Chairman of Standard Chartered Private Bank's Global Investment Council.
Over the years, Say Boon has also worked as Director of Research for Standard Chartered Indonesia; Research Manager for Standard Chartered Securities Singapore; Regional Research Manager for Societe Generale-Crosby Securities; Head of Investment Research for the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC); Director, and Portfolio Counselling, for Citigroup Private Bank.
Say Boon has also held senior positions in the financial media in the 1980s when he was Finance Editor for The Herald-Sun and the Sunday Herald newspapers in Australia. The Herald-Sun was the largest circulation newspaper in Australia and is part of the News Corporation group.
Olivier E. Crespin
Chief Operating Officer
Wealth Management
Mr Olivier Crespin joined DBS in July 2010 as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for DBS Private Bank. In October 2010, he expanded his responsibilities to cover the entire Wealth Management arena, including DBS Treasures.
Prior to joining DBS, Olivier was Citibank's Global Head of Operations for Private Banking. Concurrently, in his global role, he was International Head of Smith Barney's Operations.
During his 15-year tenure at Citibank, Olivier has held different business and operational positions across Europe, Latin America, Asia and North America.
Olivier's career started with BNP (Banque Nationale de Paris) Argentina where he was Director of Sovereign Debt Administration (Brady Plan).
Olivier is well versed in English, French and Spanish and has wide international exposure. His public service awards included "Singapore most supportive boss" by the Singapore Sports Council and "Singapore H.E.A.L.T.H. Leader" by the Health Promotion Board. Olivier has a "Maitrise en Droit" Master Degree in Law from the Metz University, France.
Olivier resides in Singapore with his wife and three daughters.

Consumer Banking Group
V Arivazhagan is Managing Director and Head of Regional Investment and Treasury Products for consumer banking and private banking for DBS Bank.
His team works with various counterparties to originate and market product solutions to the different consumer banking and private banking segments in line with their needs and risk profile.
The products covered include Fixed Income, FX, Equities and Funds.
Prior to joining the Consumer Banking Group in 2009, Ari was the Investment Product Head for Private Banking in Hong Kong.
Ari began his career with DBS Bank in 1988, providing advice on Treasury and Markets solutions to corporations and financial institutions.
Ari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from National University of Singapore and MBA from London Business School.
Lawrence Lua
Managing Director
Head of Private Bank
South & Southeast Asia
Lawrence Lua joined DBS in April 2011 as Managing Director and Head of Southeast Asia business at DBS Private Bank. At DBS, Lawrence leads a team of 100 staff and is tasked to drive and deliver growth for the Southeast Asia market.
Lawrence has over 30 years of banking experience and he joins DBS from Julius Baer where he was most recently its managing director / senior advisor. At Julius Baer, Lawrence also headed a Senior Client Banker team and was co-head of the Product Committee and Legal & Compliance Committee. Lawrence was also involved in the setting up of the banks Advisory Excellence process, which helps to better understand the clients goals, assess their risk profile and determine the appropriate investment solutions.
Prior to Julius Baer, Lawrence was managing director of investments at Merrill Lynch, managing the portfolios of top-tier clients in South East Asia. Between 1991 and 1999, he also worked at Citibank where he was appointed as the global market manager and country head for Citibank Private Bank Singapore.
He started his banking and finance career with the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Senior Officer.
Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours in Economics) from the National University of Singapore in 1982.
Yvonne Hsin
Managing Director
Head of Private Bank, North Asia
Ms Yvonne Hsin, Managing Director, joined DBS Bank in February 2012.
Overseeing the Private Banking business in North Asia, Ms Hsin is responsible for managing and developing private banking business in the region covering Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Taiwan.
Ms Hsin possesses over 35 years of experience in private banking, corporate banking and treasury. Prior to joining DBS Bank, she was Head of Private Banking for China Construction Bank (Asia) in Hong Kong where she successfully built a private banking operation to serve the China based clients as well as expanding the Hong Kong HNW segment. She was the Deputy Chief Executive for HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA for Asia and had held senior position at Citigroup. In her past experience, she has managed and developed the North Asian markets in particular China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan.
Ms Hsin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, US with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration.
Robert Kung
Managing Director
Head of Private Bank, China
Mr Robert Kung joined DBS Bank (China) Limited in November 2011 as Head of Private Bank.
Robert brings with him 30 years of banking experience in the US and the Greater China region in a variety of positions. Starting out his banking career in credit, Robert is not only a private banking veteran; he also has many years of experience in corporate banking.
Prior to joining DBS, Robert was Credit Suisse Clariden Leu Asset Managements Head of Market Management for China Region based in Hong Kong. In this role, he was responsible for Clariden Leus global market coverage of Hong Kong, Singapore, UK and Switzerland, as well as proposed future locations in Beijing and Shanghai.
Before Clariden Leu, Robert held many senior positions in Deutsche Bank AGs operations in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Beijing and Taiwan over a period of 15 years. His last position was the Head of Private Wealth Management (China) for Deutsche Bank AG in Shanghai from 2007 to 2009.
In his personal capacity, Robert had in the past served as an adviser to the President of CITIC Bank, Beijing. He also lectures at the Qinghua University in Beijing.
With a wealth of experience in banking in Asia, Robert was a participant of the Asian Finance and Investment Corporation. AFIC is an affiliate of Asian Development Bank, domiciled in Singapore with its regional headquarters in Manila. It seeks to assist private sector enterprises in the Asia Pacific region with its major exposure in the developing member countries of the Asian Development Bank.
Robert graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and an MBA (Summa Cum Laude), majoring in Finance. He is a member of the Phi Lamda Honorary Fraternity.
Peter Triggs

Head of International Clients and Wealth Structuring
Peter joined DBS in April 2012 as Managing Director and Head of International Clients and Wealth Structuring.
Prior to joining DBS, Peter was Deputy CEO at Bank of China ( Suisse ) SA in Geneva.
Before this, Peter worked for the Citibank Private Bank for nineteen years, in Jersey ( Head of Cititrust (Jersey) Limited ), in Zurich ( Head of Trust Marketing for Europe and the Middle East ) and then in Asia as Head of Trust, and as Head of Private Banking in Singapore and Malaysia. More recently, Peter worked in London and Geneva as Managing Director of
The UHNW Middle East Group, and Head of the Corporate Finance Group working for a major client of the bank.
Prior to this, Peter worked for Deloitte as a Tax Principal in their London office. He has over twenty years experience of dealing with private clients in tax and trust matters.
Peter is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Chartered Tax Advisor in the UK, and a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
He holds an Honours degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Birmingham, and is married with three children.
Rebekah Chuan

Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management
Rebekah Chuan joined DBS Private Bank in October 2011 to set up a Discretionary Portfolio Management platform to service the very unique needs of our diverse group of ultra-high net-worth clients.
Rebekah has more than 20 years of experience in investment management. She has managed a very broad spectrum of funds as an institutional fund manager including a seven-year stint with various established financial institutions in London, UK. After returning to Singapore, Rebekah set up a very successful bespoke portfolio management service at HSBC Private Bank, Singapore Branch where she served as the Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management for the last ten years. She also headed up the funds advisory business in HSBC Private Bank, providing strategic advice on both traditional unit trusts and alternative investments to ultra-high net-worth clients.
The discretionary portfolio management platform at DBS Private Bank has the benefit of a very structured and disciplined investment approach. At the same time, it is also very dynamic and flexible as the focus is entirely client-centric. Her investment style focuses on the selection of securities with strong cashflow generation and growth prospects to achieve steady risk-adjusted returns using a long-term investment horizon to build positions at favourable valuation levels.
Chan Kwee Him

Country Head, Indonesia
Chan Kwee Him is currently the Country Head for Indonesia in DBS Private Bank. In an illustrious career spanning 25 years in the financial industry, Kwee Him has held various senior positions in private banking.
Most recently, he was the managing director for private banking and investment group at Merrill Lynch International Bank Ltd. Prior to that, he was a managing director and team leader for the Indonesian market at Citi Private Bank. He also previously had stints with Coutts Bank, UBS, Standard Chartered Bank and the Royal Bank of Canada.
With depth of knowledge in the Indonesian market, he brings added value to DBS, accelerating the growth of its private banking arm and is the trusted advisor for high net worth clients.
Kwee Him has a double Masters in Business Administration specializing in Finance and International Business from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Kwee Him speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Hokkien.
Donne Lee
Managing Director
Treasury & Markets-Wealth Management Solutions
Donne Lee is currently managing director and head of Wealth Management solutions in the Treasury & Markets (T&M) group. He was concurrently the regional head of Investment Advisory in Private Banking from 2006 to 2010.
Donne joined DBS in 1987 and has 24 years of treasury market and products experience. Besides driving T&M's client advisory platform to promote structured investment products to the consumer and private bank, Donne is also heading FX margin trading group servicing the high net worth trading clientele. Prior to 2002, he was with T&M's corporate advisory desk.
Donne graduated from the University of Oregon, USA in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) in Finance.
Audra Seah Li Khen

Head of Investment Advisory, Singapore
Audra Seah joined DBS Private Bank in September 2000 as Head of Fixed Income and Structured Products.
Currently, she oversees a team of product specialists who provide investment solutions and execution capabilities to our clients. She also looks after a team of Investment Counsellors who cover the banks key clients, providing dedicated advisory services.
Audra has more than 10 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Prior to joining DBS, she spent 3 years with the Investment Advisory Group in HSBC Private Bank. She started her career in the institutional sales area and has worked with Deutsche Bank and Westpac.
Audra graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Business degree, and obtained a Master of Applied Finance from the Macquarie University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Audra speaks fluent English and Mandarin and is married with 2 children.
Adeline Poon Siu Ki

Head of Fiduciary Services
Adeline Poon joined DBS Private Bank in January 2007 as Head of Fiduciary Services in Singapore.
Adeline practiced as a wealth planner with 15 years of experience in the trust and fiduciary services industry in Singapore. She focuses on international cross border succession planning and family wealth issues.
Prior to joining DBS, she worked at Coutts Bank as a senior consultant in their Trust and Fiduciary Services department. In her earlier career, she spent 7 years at HSBC Trustee (Singapore) Limited and held various roles in trust administration and wealth planning. To date, Adeline has structured in excess of US$3 billion worth of assets.
Adeline graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Joint Honours in Finance and Economics). She also holds a law degree LLB (Hon.) from the University of London. Adeline is registered as a UK Society of Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) member.
Adeline speaks fluent English and Mandarin. She is married and enjoys travelling.
